\n \nRole Description The Crypto Account Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients and partners in the cryptocurrency and digital assets space. This role oversees client accounts, monitors crypto portfolios, and coordinates transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. The Crypto Account Manager communicates regularly with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and offer guidance on products and services aligned with the organization’s values on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and risk research, preparing reports and dashboards, resolving account issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and client experience. The role also supports educational outreach and DEI-focused initiatives within the crypto community, helping ensure inclusive access to financial and digital asset opportunities.
