To support a growing organization, the full-time Chief People Officer will design and execute people operations strategies, build effective hiring systems, and establish scalable people processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design and execute the strategy for the People function, ensuring alignment with organizational values and priorities Own the end-to-end recruiting process, developing pipelines and structured hiring processes to attract top talent Build and maintain high talent density by designing organizational structures and performance systems that support growth Required qualifications 12+ years in human resources, people operations, or talent roles, including senior leadership experience in building systems from scratch Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in competitive or thin-talent markets Experience working in or across low- and middle-income country contexts, with an understanding of labor law and cultural nuances Strong analytical skills with the ability to build tools and analyze data independently Curiosity and creativity with AI tools, along with a comfort in managing ambiguity and fast iteration
