You\'ll have pre-set homeowner appointments on your calendar , allowing you to focus on closing deals rather than generating every lead yourself. Territory: Northern California (PG&E service areas). What You\'ll Do: Run In-Home Appointments: Meet with homeowners, present solar solutions, and close residential deals. Be the Solar Expert: Educate customers on solar systems, financing, and long-term savings. Grow Your Business: Generate referrals and prospect surrounding neighborhoods for higher commissions. Highlights: $150K Y1: Top producers making $200K+ . Commission: 5-6% on company-provided deals; 2% on self-generated business.
