Job Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Ticketing Agent with hands-on experience in Amadeus systems and various airline ticketing software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing ticketing requests, managing travel itineraries, and providing outstanding support to our clients throughout their travel journey.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process airline ticket reservations, changes, and cancellations using Amadeus and other airline ticketing software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with ticketing inquiries and travel plans.
- Work closely with travel consultants to ensure all ticketing and itinerary details are accurate.
- Handle complex fare calculations and ensure compliance with airline policies.
- Resolve any ticketing issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fare structures, and industry trends.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in airline ticketing or a related field.
- Proficient in Amadeus systems and other airline ticketing software.
- Strong understanding of fare rules, ticketing procedures, and airline policies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
