Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages
Assist clients with travel planning and provide destination recommendations
Manage booking details and ensure travel arrangements meet client preferences and budgets
Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of travel plans, confirmations, and client communications
Provide excellent customer support before, during, and after travel
Stay informed on travel updates, promotions, and industry trends
Support clients with itinerary adjustments or travel-related questions as needed
Strong organizational and communication skills
Customer-service mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Basic computer proficiency and comfort using online booking platforms
Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or logistics
Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, logistics, or customer service is helpful but not required
