About the Position

Head Clinic RN – Rowe Health Center - $40–$54/hr - Day shift

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Active (or eligible) New Hampshire RN license
• BLS certification within 12 months of hire
• 5 years of supervisory experience (required)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coach/mentor clinical staff in a fast-moving clinic setting

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily clinic workflows to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care
• Support, mentor, and develop RNs, LPNs, and CMAs through coaching and real-time guidance
• Assist with scheduling, performance management support, and staff development initiatives
• Ensure clinic compliance with state regulations and clinical best practices
• Provide hands-on clinical support as needed, including triage and direct patient care
• Manage medication refills, prior authorizations, and related clinical coordination
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to enhance clinic policies, procedures, and overall efficiency
• Help identify gaps, solve operational challenges, and implement process improvements
