Bellperson/Van DriverWe are hiring a Bellperson/Van Driver for morning, mid-day, and evening shifts with open availability for weekdays and weekends. This is a part-time position only. To handle guest requests including help with luggage, transportation, information, and other duties.Responsibilities:1. Read, match, and assist guests with luggage/tags, write claim tickets and detach portion to give to guest(s).2. Driver is responsible for greeting guests and driving guests to and from requested destinations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.3. Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.4. Escort customers to accommodations, visually inspect room and respond to any guest requests.5. Organize and store luggage as necessary in a designated area.6. Answer questions and offer assistance giving accurate information regarding all hotel service to the guests.7. Stay informed on current events and entertainment around the city.8. Performs any other job related duties as assigned.9. Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.10. Stock the pantry for guests.11. Must have a valid driver's license.Why Concord?
