Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | $16.00 per Hour

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our greenhouse production and shipping team for the season! If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and working with plants, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Position Overview

Seasonal Greenhouse Employees assist with a variety of tasks involved in growing, maintaining, preparing, and shipping plants. This is an active, hands-on position where daily responsibilities may change based on production needs.

Job Responsibilities

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Planting & Production: Mixing soil, filling containers, planting, sticking cuttings, and loading flats and pots into transplanting equipment.
• Plant Care: Watering, spacing, cleaning, labeling, and hanging plants and baskets, along with pulling and spraying weeds.
• Order Preparation & Shipping: Pulling delivery orders, loading plants for delivery, pushing carts, and unloading plant material from conveyors.
• Assembly & General Maintenance: Assembling flats and hanging baskets, maintaining greenhouses and grounds, and assisting with greenhouse cleanup.

What We're Looking For

• Dependable individuals with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and work as part of a team
• Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, and moving plant material throughout the workday
• Ability to regularly lift 75+ lbs
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Previous nursery or greenhouse experience is helpful but not required
